The first few months when a child enters your life are both exhausting and exhilarating, full of overwhelming joys and daunting challenges. This is an important time to connect with new mothers, share your thoughts and feelings, trade strategies, and provide emotional support for one another.

Join us for an ongoing, drop-in group where new mothers can discuss issues such as breastfeeding, emotional and physical recovery after birth, changing family relationships, infant care, sleep, and other issues. It is a place to talk about whatever is on your mind surrounding parenting, and is a great way to meet and form friendships with other mothers. Bring your babies.

Lauren Scout is a birth and postpartum doula and a mother of two. Though time can sometimes seems scarce since the birth of her two children, Lauren adores being a part of the birth and baby world in any and every way that she can... She rents birth tubs, teaches in-home baby wearing, encapsulates placenta, and teaches Elimination Communication. The highlight of her week is meeting with moms and babies and Natural Resources and helping to create the community care and support that mamas so deserve. She lives in Pacifica with her wife, Joan, and their two daughters, Violet and Willa.
