NOTE: This workshop is open to Mothers of Children of ANY Age
Women know that it matters how they give birth to their children. The birth profoundly affects the child's life and how a mother mothers her child.
If you have experienced a disappointing or distressing birth, no matter how long ago, you are invited to join this circle. This support circle will provide an emotionally safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experience. It will be an opportunity for you to do some restorative and healing work. You will also be offered practical resources for addressing the past in such a way that you can be more clear, grounded and empowered as you do the work of mothering or face other challenges.
