Learn to take beautiful pictures of your precious little ones!

Capturing fast-moving babies and toddlers with our cameras can be a challenge. Local photographer Susannah Bothe will be sharing tips for photographing young children. Susannah will emphasize natural lighting techniques indoors & outdoors, taking advantage of our longer days. She will also discuss several camera settings that will help everyone to get better pictures. Susannah will bring in prints of her own work as points of discussion. This is a class for beginner-level photographers who are hoping to improve their family portraits and picture-taking, in time for summer. The class will last for an hour and a half.

Please bring manual/SLR or point-and-shoot digital cameras to the class.

Susannah's work can be seen at: www.susannahbothephoto.com

About the Instructor

Susannah Bothe is a Bay Area documentary photographer specializing in all forms of family portraiture. Her past work for National Geographic photographer Ed Kashi, at Wired Magazine, and for the Argentimesnewspaper in Buenos Aires have all given her a breadth of experience within different niches of photography. Nonetheless, she continues to be drawn back to working with families and connecting with her young subjects. Susannah's photography style is clean, contemporary and natural.
